The Problem
The customer contacted Cotswold Roofing & Guttering after experiencing continuous leaks from their existing flat roof.
The leaks had become increasingly difficult to manage and were beginning to affect the usability of the space below. Temporary measures had been attempted previously, but the problem continued returning during periods of rainfall.

Our Assessment

Careful attention was given to edge detailing and drainage to ensure reliable water management moving forward.
